Payroll for 56 countries
Led the integration team through a phased build on Workday's Payroll Interface (PICOF), alongside 100+ other integrations.
✓ 100+ integrations delivered in phases
Every run is a heartbeat. A missed one means someone's pay, benefits or 401(k) is wrong, so I don't stop at a workaround.

Four ways to work together. Most clients start with one problem and stay for support.
Designed, built, tested and handed over with a design document.
Best for a new vendor, a new country, or a new process.
Runs that fail, finish with warnings, or send data the vendor rejects.
Best for a run that fails, warns, or gets rejected.
Know what breaks before it breaks.
Best for a Workday release, a merger, or a tenant move.
A set block of hours each month for the integrations you already run.
Best for teams without an integration specialist on staff.

Approach
No mystery. Here's how an engagement runs, and what you get at each step.
A 30-minute call about what's breaking or what you need. Then I get the access I need, and nothing more.
You getA plain read of what's likely wrong, and what it will take.
I read what's actually running in your tenant: the integration, its reports and the business processes around it. Not old documents.
You getWritten findings, including when the cause is configuration and not the integration.
I fix it in a sandbox and test it with masked data against a written test plan, before anything reaches production.
You getThe test cases and their results.
We move it to production together, and I watch the first runs.
You getA design document and a decision log your team keeps.
I'll tell you what I find, even when it isn't the integration.
If I don't know yet, I'll say so. I won't guess.
You work with me, not a junior team.
Everything I build is yours, documented.
Your employee data stays masked.

About
I've worked on Workday integrations since Workday Release 11 (2010), and in enterprise software since 1993.
I started at DayNine as one of the first integration consultants at a Workday partner, led teams on projects with 50 to 100+ integrations, then spent five years at Sanofi running HR integration. Since 2020 I've worked independently through IntSysGuru LLC, with Workday customers directly and through implementation and staffing partners.
You work with me directly. No hand-offs to a junior team.
